Medical Membership
$375 / quarter
Designed for patients using wellness, longevity, metabolic, or medically guided services. Built around thirty minutes of clinic visit time included every month, plus your annual well woman exam. Lab work and testing ordered with that exam are billed separately.
What it’s worth
The 30 minutes of clinic visit time included each month comes to $375 a quarter at à la carte rates — the same as the membership. Your annual well woman exam, the quarterly InBody scans, office lab draws, RN/MA support, streamlined refills, and 15% off supplements, IV therapy, and peptides are all included on top. In practice, the membership covers your visit time and gives you everything else.

$249 / quarter
Designed for patients who want to maintain results and receive preferred pricing on aesthetic services.
What it’s worth
The membership covers one treatment of your choice each quarter — a microneedling session ($250 à la carte) or a chemical peel ($250–$350 à la carte). At $249 a quarter, that one included treatment alone covers the membership — and on top of it you get 15% off toxins, microneedling, fillers, peels, and SkinCeuticals retail.

IV Membership
$99 / month
Introductory rate for our first 10 members — $129 / month thereafter.
Designed for patients who come in for IV therapy regularly. Built around one hydration IV a month, with member pricing on anything you add. Billed monthly.
What it’s worth
The membership is built around the drip itself — one hydration IV is included every month, so it covers the visit you were already booking. Every additional IV and add-on is 15% off, and you get priority scheduling when the calendar is tight. $99 a month is an introductory rate for our first 10 members; it moves to $129 a month after that.
