Welcome to True Longevity Clinic (TLC), operated by Taylor Ann Drew, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the True Longevity Clinic website at tayloranndrew.com and the in-person and concierge medical, aesthetic, weight loss, peptide, and IV therapy services delivered at our Tallahassee, Florida clinic (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Taylor Ann Drew, LLC is a concierge medical practice. Care is delivered by Taylor Ann Drew, APRN, and clinic staff, who evaluate each patient's health profile and make all clinical and prescribing decisions during the course of the patient's care. Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies of your choosing.
Our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment decisions are made by your provider based on your individual health profile and medical history. Results may vary from person to person. Services may not be available where prohibited by law.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
4. Clinical Visits
Most care is delivered in person at our Tallahassee clinic. Established patients may also have follow-up communication handled through the patient portal or by phone when clinically appropriate. By receiving care from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- In-person evaluation may be required before, during, or after treatment
- Any care delivered remotely is subject to the licensing requirements of your state of residence
- Remote follow-up has limitations and may not be appropriate for all conditions
- Your provider may determine that your condition requires in-person evaluation, and you agree to seek in-person care when recommended
- You will provide accurate and complete health information to your provider
5. Prescriptions and Medications
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating licensed healthcare provider based on your medical evaluation. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be written for any particular medication or treatment. All medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and shipped in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to use any prescribed medications only as directed by your provider and to report any adverse effects immediately. You understand that all medications carry risks and potential side effects, which your provider will discuss with you.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices for our Services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. By purchasing a service or subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.
- All fees are quoted in US dollars
- Memberships auto-renew on the published cadence (quarterly) unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
- We do not currently accept insurance; all services are self-pay
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service purchased. Visit and consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the visit has been completed. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Other refund questions are handled case by case — please contact the clinic.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the True Longevity Clinic website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of Taylor Ann Drew, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including health information
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Resell, redistribute, or share prescribed medications with others
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taylor Ann Drew, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taylor Ann Drew, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
